I've tried completing/solving the sundial from a gift from the gods like 20x. Did some research and in the region i currently am at should have the quest named a gift from the gods but it does not show up. What the hell was that? Origins a gift from the gods been using fitgirl repack with plaza dlc unlocker. I've watched like 3 walkthroughs, sped up time, sat and waited through the night, but these things won't give me the goods. Checked the crash site, checked the tomb, and the pillars opened once for a few seconds, but now the pillars won't open again.

I’m not sure what you’re asking, but if it’s “why are we fighting giant gods,” it’s a glitch in the animus. Did some research and in the region i currently am at should have the quest named a gift from the gods but it does not show up. So i just completely this side quest that was mostly just a reference to final fantasy and got a legendary weapon. When i played origins, that quest was a lot less developed than ffxv's part of the crossover, yet i still liked that we got a sheild and sword from the game. It also had a puzzle that i wish had been more challenging, but oh well.
